Nestled into Woody Creek Canyon and Red Canyon, the 813 acres of Aspen Valley Ranch extend majestically across the ranch’s pastures back to the mountain foothills that border the White River National Forest. Homestead sites are oriented with south-facing windows that take maximum advantage of warming sunlight. Spectacular views of the Aspen ski mountains and the surrounding Elk Mountains make a dramatic panorama.

The ranch’s front gate opens to Upper River Road just across from the Roaring Fork River. From here, it’s only eight miles to downtown Aspen.
